Powers of Attorney

By preparing Powers of Attorney, you can help ensure that your property and health care are managed by someone you trust when you can no longer make those decisions for yourself.

In effect, you will have two separate documents. One being a Power of Attorney for Property wherein you delegate to another, or others, the power to deal with your financial and property affairs, while the other is a Power of Attorney for Personal Care wherein you delegate to another, or others, the right to make decisions regarding your personal and health care when you are incapable of making those decisions for yourself.
